Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications
Stellar Solutions is seeking a Science & Technology (S&T) Engineer focused on next-generation military satellite systems, waveforms, and resilient PNT/communications. This role bridges advanced research with operational programs, ensuring the maturation and transition of cutting-edge technologies into mission capabilities.
The ideal candidate will also:
Shape and execute Science & Technology (S&T) pursuits (e.g., Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Office of Naval Research (ONR), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)); manage budgets and acquisition activities

Present findings to senior military/civilian leaders; resolve complex technical issues
Required skills:
5+ years GPS and/or military communications satellite (COMSAT) design, operations, or usage
2+ years pursuing and executing DoD S&T funding (SBIR/STTR/AFRL/ONR/DARPA)
2+ years in DoD budgeting, congressional funding, or acquisition
Technical breadth across RF, semiconductors, microprocessors, software, buses, and rad‑hard; experience with test/qualification to flight
Detailed knowledge of GPS/MILCOM waveforms; familiarity with LEO constellation operations and security
Working knowledge of modern/legacy cryptography in satellite waveforms, orbits, and user contexts

About the job
The Global Sales Operations team drives sales efficiency and goal achievement by managing the global sales forecast and essential operational processes. We actively shape supply and demand planning strategies partnering with cross-functional teams across Finance, Ops, CBM, and Marketing to align with financial budgets and projections. By creating and aligning forecast scenarios, we influence cross-functional teams to maximize market share and net business. We also help monitor/track attainment to annual goals on units/net revenue as well as E&O Management along with NPI/EOL transitions.
In this role, you will lead the Global Sales Operations strategy for the Pixel Ecosystem & Accessories portfolio, driving sales efficiency and goal achievement by managing the global sales forecast and essential operational processes. You will be a bridge between global sales strategy and regional execution, ensuring alignment and maximizing effectiveness across the organization. You will actively shape supply and demand planning strategies to align with financial budgets and projections, influencing cross-functional teams to maximize market share and net business. Leading a high-performing team, you will drive operational efficiency by improving processes for supply allocation, lost sales analysis, and forecast accuracy, while advocating for the adoption of new tools and systems.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Partner with regional sales, finance, product, marketing, and supply chain leaders to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Drive operational efficiency by improving processes for supply allocation, lost sales, and forecast accuracy. Advocate for the adoption of new tools and systems to enhance reporting capabilities.
Own forecasting best practices, including Lifetime Volume (LTV) management and the annual sales plan, by developing sophisticated models and statistical analyses.
Translate complex data into actionable insights through sales reporting, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and forecasts. Identify strategic risks and opportunities, collaborating across functions on data-backed plans to mitigate risks and accelerate growth.
Manage product forecasts from concept to end of life. Develop long-range financial plans (LRP) by analyzing strategic impacts including capacity planning, IOQ modeling, product life cycle curves, market trends, and scenario planning, tracking key milestones throughout.

Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications
Stellar Solutions is seeking a Parts, Materials and Processes Engineer to support our Civil, Commercial, Defense and/or Intelligence Customers as part of a highly talented, highly motivated and high-performing team. As part of the technical team, you will support exciting new and existing programs which involve design, development, test, and deployment of complex space systems. As a subject matter expert on Parts, Materials and Processes, you will contribute to architectural and mission success of space systems that will be utilized by a variety of government and commercial stakeholders.
In this position, the ideal candidate will:
Recommend Electrical/ Electronic/ Electromechanical (EEE) parts and materials required for Space environmental effects
Generate required programmatic analyses, such as radiation, power, mass, EMC, reliability/FMEA, and DFMAT analyses to optimize the product design
Recommend material selection and configuration/process improvements to address product reliability/quality/lifecycle survivability improvements
Coordinate and characterize material and process qualifications of piece parts, assemblies, processes, and materials to meet customer/program requirements
Generate and execute test plans, identifies and categorizes failures, determines root cause and documents results and recommendations
Prepare Engineering Reports, Qualification Reports and Product Design Review Documents and make effective presentations
Utilize knowledge of electronics and/or environmental test to support programs from design analysis and verification test plan definition through manufacturing implementation and final test and delivery to customer
Coordinates resolution of issues with suppliers and customers
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret or higher security clearance, thus US Citizenship is required
Required Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Material Science
5+ years of experience in EEE parts selection
5+ years of experience leading or managing Corrective Actions or Root Cause Analysis
5+ years of experience analyzing and presenting technical data (oral or written)
5+ years of experience in DPA and reliability/failure/contamination analyses (part, unit, system) and test
Desired Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
10 or more years of experience in Mission Assurance
