You will help us make a difference! We are looking for a dynamic part-time (approximately 25 hours a week) Director of HR to support our organization in Milpitas. This is an on-site role. You will need to partner with all levels of employees throughout the company, but especially the senior leadership team. This role will report to the CEO. You will work side by side with leadership to continue to fine tune the HR strategy for growing, retaining and engaging their respective departments. You will be a trusted counsel and advisor, a leader with HR expertise and perspective, and be an integral part of the business. The right candidate is self-motivated, works independently, can work with ambiguity, familiarizes themselves with the business and can develop HR solutions that align with business priorities. We need a team member who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and participating in day-to-day duties of the Human Resources department. You will be partnering and planning with other members of the organization as well as the Sr. Human Resources Generalist. This role is intended to be instrumental in designing strategies that enable Stellartech's success. We also try to have some fun and expect our employees to work collaboratively. Highly experienced in handling employee relations issues at all levels. Strong collaboration and facilitator skills. Ability to handle tactical nature of HR as well as the strategic.
