Cons of working at Stephens Media Group
The owner runs the company as if it’s one radio group, micromanaging while having no clue what is actually going on in each market. The slogan is “a portfolio of people” but he couldn’t care less about the people in the organization. He’s important, he knows best… “don’t think just do what I say”. There is no feeling that you are a professional and I trust that you are and will do your best. Everything is run on a taped together shoe string budget.
