Proactively submit Help Desk tickets and follow up for service as needed. * Test and troubleshoot during exam administration, as needed, to ensure an optimal customer/tester experience. * Provide technical support to eLearning students and faculty. * Stay current on information presented on the MGCCC eLearning and MSVCC websites. * Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other College-approved software systems to support efficient communication and service delivery. * Maintain effective working relationships with College personnel, students, and members of the community by providing courteous, responsive, and solution-focused service. * Answer telephone calls and emails in an effective, professional, and timely manner. * Order exams and request purchase orders as needed. * Upgrade skills and performance through staff development. * Maintain exceptional adherence to work schedules, testing timelines, and College policies. * Work evenings, weekends, and alternate schedules as required to meet testing needs and support student access. * Perform duties and responsibilities with the utmost integrity and maintain a service-oriented approach. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean of Student Services and/or the Dean of Teaching and Learning. Mandatory Qualifications (M1) Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. (M2) Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. (M3) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, scheduling responsibilities, and related records with accuracy and minimal supervision. (M4) Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including customer service skills. (M5) Technology troubleshooting experience or demonstrated technical aptitude. (M6) Experience using online learning platforms and/or learning management systems in an academic or professional setting. Desirable Qualifications (D1) Experience in a community college or higher education setting. (D2) Experience with SCT Banner or a comparable student information system. (D3) Experience using proctoring, assessment, or test scheduling platforms (e.g., Smarter Proctoring, Register Blast).
