First shift plant supervisor, second shift plant supervisor, and likely a maintenance manager reporting into them. The shift of the plant manager would be mid shift however would need to be flexible to cover both first/second shift when supervisors are on vacation. Job duties is oversee day to day operations in the Baltimore autoclave facility. Ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost savings initiatives are in place. Key Job Activities: Plans and schedules production requirements (people & equipment) to support daily, weekly and monthly sales forecast to meet customerâs needs. Oversees and trains an effective and efficient staff: Makes recommendations for merit increases and performance appraisals. Monitors operations and staff and recommends, when necessary, changes in methods, procedures and structure, to secure optimum utilization of resources. Administers all Company policies and procedures, communicates to staff, interprets, as necessary, and ensures compliance. Monitors and ensures that employees are performing their functions safely and productively. Makes recommendations for changes or improvement, when necessary, in order to prevent accident or injuries. Ensuring the plant meets regulatory and safety compliance measures and operates in a productive and profitable manner.     The Territory Executive is responsible for identifying leads, proactively and prospecting and selling new and profitable business within an assigned market that is typically outside of a metropolitan area.
