Position Purpose:
Under management's direction, the Hospital Services Lead travels between customer healthcare facilities providing on-site proactive collection and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs. This includes, but is not limited to: Sharps Management Services, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, Document Management.
Key Job Activities:
• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs and services, including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substance and Document Shredding. Installs product, resurvey accounts and assists Supervisor in asset/inventory management.
• In absence of Service Supervisor, is the lead in charge of Hospital Services Technicians. Trains, coaches and provides guidance to them.
• Acts as primary on-site contact for the customer. Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded. May travel to customers in assigned area to proactively resolve customer service questions and issues.

Experience:
• Education equivalent to graduation from high school, or GED.
• Two or more years of industry-related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations.
• May require mandatory immunizations and credentials based on customer requirements.
• Must possess a valid driver's license. Must possess reliable transportation to travel between customer facilities.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of the primary customer base, based on business needs.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and with little supervision.
• Demonstrates knowledge of computer software applications including spreadsheets and application-based programs to track daily KPIs.

Perform pre- and post-operation inspection of the equipment in accordance with Company policy to ensure windows, lights, mirrors and rear view camera are clean. Continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste in materials.
Continuously monitor the condition of the equipment to ensure it is operationally ready at all times to minimize down time; clean tracks or wheels on equipment, as needed.
Perform and document minor service on equipment, referring more complicated mechanical issues to Maintenance Shop for repair.
Complete Equipment Condition Report and other reports, as necessary; report any necessary repairs to supervisor, as needed.
Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
Ensure that shop is clean, serviced and stored at the completion of each shift.

Two years prior related experience in heavy equipment operation.

The Indirect Strategic Buyer is responsible for the execution of procurement functions and the establishment of supply agreements. Required Qualifications: * Must be able to wear protective clothing or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to Nomex coveralls, a back belt, slicker suits, rubber boots, a fresh air breathing mask and escape pack and a hard hat; * Must be able to work under extreme climate conditions (excessive high heat index of 95+ degrees Fahrenheit, 98% humidity and subzero weather conditions) relative to geographic location;
* Must be able to withstand exposure to dust) chemical and environmental), fumes (chemical and fluids), exhaust and highly pressurized fluids.
What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?
* Minimum 2 years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry;
* High school diploma/GED or equivalent;
* Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum truck;
* Strong communications and interpersonal skills;
* Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver;
* Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations;
* Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions;
* Train and develop equipment technicians. (5% - HPC-Industrial equipment technicians);
* Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner/exhibit excellent communication/human relation skills;
* Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services;
