The assignment begins on 02/16/2026 and runs for an upcoming number of weeks, offering you a guaranteed 40 hours per week and a competitive weekly pay range of $1,126-$1,175. You'll be part of a nationwide network of healthcare professionals, rotating through facilities that rely on your expertise to maintain sterile fields, clean, decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize instruments, and ensure readiness for routine and emergent procedures. This is more than a job; it's a chance to build durable skills in instrumentation management, workflow optimization, and critical safety protocols, while experiencing the high standards that keep a hospital's surgical teams confident and efficient. You'll perform routine quality checks, track instrument inventory, report shortages, and support OR turnover with swift, accurate processing that keeps operating rooms running smoothly. You'll document processing steps in clinical tracking systems, monitor sterilization indicators, manage biohazard handling in accordance with safety guidelines, and participate in continuous workflow improvements that reduce turnaround times while elevating safety. This role offers substantial opportunities for professional growth within sterile processing and perioperative services, including exposure to instrument design, decontamination science, and cross-functional collaboration with nursing, pharmacy, and procurement teams.
