Assists the Manager in meeting productivity and labor expense targets. Oversees the training and competency of Sterile Processing Technicians. Recognizes and identifies the existence of problems or improvement opportunities and takes action to troubleshoot issues. Position Summary: The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible and accountable for all functions of the sterile processing department, under the guidance of the sterile processing department supervisors and manager. Nature and Scope This entry level position is a member of the Manufacturing Team.
