JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Load, transport, and deliver DME and oxygen-related equipment to healthcare providers and patients • Set up, test, and ensure proper operation of delivered equipment; provide basic instruction to facility staff • Retrieve equipment from customer locations; inspect and document condition • Follow company protocols for infection control, equipment cleaning, and PPE use • Accurately complete delivery and pickup documentation, including proof of delivery, condition reports, and work orders • Ensure vehicles are stocked with necessary supplies and maintained in safe operating condition • Maintain timely communication with dispatch and branch teams regarding schedule or delivery issues • Report damaged or missing equipment and customer feedback to Branch Operations Manager or Area Director • Comply with DOT, FDA, and HIPAA regulations related to the transport and handling of medical devices • Assist with warehouse duties such as staging, loading, and cleaning equipment when needed • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES • 1+ year of experience in delivery driving, logistics, or DME preferred • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL not required but a plus • Ability to safely lift, load, and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance • Comfortable with handheld devices and basic route tracking technology • Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused • High school diploma or equivalent required • Must be able to pass a background check and DOT drug screen • Willingness to work flexible shifts and participate in on-call rotation as needed MasVida Health Care Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
