Qualifications: * High School Diploma required. * Current Surgical Technologist Certification preferred. * Must have completed a Surgical Technology course in Operating Room technique and is able to furnish a record indicating the hours of instruction in basic sciences and aseptic technique required or is able to supply documentation through references of on-the-job training and experience as an Operating Room Technician. * Documentation of ongoing education activities is required. * Professional membership in professional organization(s) is preferred. * Prior experience as an Operating Room Technician preferred. * Ability to cooperate effectively with others, a team player required. * Ability to relate well to professional and non-professional staff and patients required.
