Utilize decontamination and sterilization equipment, software (e.g., Censitrac), and VA computer systems to document work. Apply aseptic principles and techniques for sterilization, including selecting appropriate detergents, cleaning methods, and sterilization mediums. Understand and maintain surgical instruments, reusable medical devices, and patient care equipment. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and VA SPS/Infection Control policies.
