Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety? Our dental practice is seeking a Dental Sterilization Technician to ensure our instruments and environment meet the strictest sterilization protocols, keeping our patients and team safe every day. What You'll Do: Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.) Clean, disinfect, and prepare dental instruments and trays Monitor inventory of sterilization supplies and PPE Assist with infection control procedures and compliance documentation Support clinical staff with setup and breakdown of treatment rooms What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in dental or medical sterilization is preferred (we'll train the right candidate!)
