Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues accurately and provide effective repair solutions, keeping customer safety and satisfaction at the forefront. Work closely with the parts department to ensure timely access to all necessary parts, minimizing downtime and delays. Tag and save all parts from warranty work or customer-requested inspections, supporting transparency and accountability. Document all services performed and any recommended repairs clearly and thoroughly in the repair order. Test drive vehicles when needed to verify repairs, or partner with a test technician for validation.
