Software Territory Manager
The Software Territory Manager (STM) at STERIS is the primary contact, sales representative, and sales consultant responsible for selling and supporting the SPM brand of software solutions products for sterile processing departments within a designated geographical area of responsibility. The STM is responsible for developing new business and expanding the base of business for intelligent solutions for sterile processing within hospitals and surgery centers.
The position will be based in Kansas City, MO, or in another major metropolitan area within the territory, which includes Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or the central region of the United States.
What will you do as a Software Territory Manager
Responsible for the overall financial performance and Customer satisfaction during the sales process and a conscientious hand over to the Client Services account manager. Revenue gain will be obtained through new business and expanding or selling in new business to existing Customers. This is accomplished by meeting yearly sales goals, driving growth in market share from competitors, and assuring that all Customer experiences are positive, noteworthy and exceeding expectations.
Delineate and communicate the strengths and competitive advantages of SPM product, services and technologies and how the application of the product can assist the Customer in meeting their objectives. Use current available tools as well as develop and utilize subject matter expertise in:
Sterile Processing
OR/Perioperative and Surgical Services
Infection Prevention
Finance and Supply Chain
Develop designated territory utilizing various resources and strategies such as:
Call on a wide spectrum of call points within hospitals and integrated delivery networks, including Sterile Processing Departments (SPD), IT, Operating Room (OR), Infection Control, Materials Management, C-suite (CEO, CFO, CMO, CIO) and maintain relationship continuity with CS-designated site visit accounts and product reference accounts.
Develop local and regional relationships with STERIS Healthcare counterparts including those within IPT Capital and Consumable, Surgical, Strategic Accounts, Corporate Accounts, US Endoscopy, and STERIS IMS organizations.
Actively participate in Customer functions, regional trade events, and associations to better enhance your understanding of the Customer's business world, and how to meet those needs more effectively.
In collaboration with IPT sales counterparts, strategically plan and develop territory.
The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed
3 years of successful consultative sales experience.
4 year - bachelor's degree required.
Successful sales experience in healthcare industry, preferred
Demonstrated ability to successfully sell in the SPD space, preferred
Knowledge of hospital SPD processes and environment, preferred.

**_What Health System Pharmacy contributes to Cardinal Health_** _Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices as well as retail customers._

**Cardinal Health manages the pharmacy at Cass Regional Medical Center and we are currently recruiting for a PRN Pharmacist to work on an as needed basis covering primarily weekend shifts. Expanded hours of the facility are Monday-Friday 6:30AM-10PM and Saturday/Sunday 8AM-10PM. Must have weekend (8-430) availability. **_Job Summary_**
Working in a hospital system pharmacy outsourced to Cardinal Health, the Pharmacist II adjusts and dispenses medication to patients and drives the compliant and efficient operations of the pharmacy. The Pharmacist verifies physician orders using the pharmacy information system, makes adjustments according to protocols for a given medication, and provides patient education. This job also supervises Pharmacy Technicians and manages compliance tasks related to accreditation, narcotics control, and inventory management.
**_Responsibilities:_**
+ Interprets medical orders (verbal and written) and transcribes to computerized patient medication profiles accurately. Maintains accurate, complete patient medication profiles.
+ Compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals, including sterile, chemotherapy, and parenteral nutrition products accurately.
+ Issues controlled substances to patient care areas and maintains records as required by law.
+ Monitors drug therapy regimens for contraindications, drug-drug interactions, drug-food interactions, allergies, and appropriateness of drug and dose.
+ Assists with pharmacokinetics consult service and drug dosing per organizational protocol.
+ Reviews/interprets culture and susceptibility data for antibiotic appropriateness and recommends changes, as needed.
+ Detects and reports suspected adverse drug reactions accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Sustains the formulary by minimizing nonformulary procurements, utilizing therapeutic substitution protocols, and promoting rational drug therapy selection.
+ Provides clinical consultation and clarification to practitioners. Suggests appropriate, cost-effective therapeutic alternatives to medical staff, as needed.
+ Documents all clinical activities and interventions accurately and completely.
+ Participates in the quality improvement and medication use review activities of the department. Collects data; conducts quality monitors and inspections; and maintains logs, records, and other documentation as assigned.
+ Participates in the development and presentation of orientation, education, and training programs to the pharmacy, medical, nursing, and other staffs.
**_Qualifications:_**
+ Must be a "good standing" licensed Pharmacist in Missouri
+ In-patient hospital pharmacy experience preferred
+ Flexibility to work various shifts
+ IV experience preferred
+ Ability to hear, write, and speak clearly in order to communicate with customers and health care professionals
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Manual dexterity required for occasional reach, lifting and holding of small objects.
+ Computer savvy to learn and perform successful operation of multiple pharmacy information systems.
+ May require vendor credentialing

The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is considered the field- based scientific and clinical expert on current and future Johnson & Johnson Innovative products. The expected base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $235,750.
This position is eligible for a company car through the Company's FLEET program.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Purpose: Heart Recovery, a rapidly growing medical device company, is looking for a driven and results oriented Surgical Sales "Heart Team" Specialist. We are growing both our focus and device line-up in order to support Cardiac Surgeons and Heart Failure Cardiologists across the US. With our continued success, we are looking to expand our commercial team. You will work closely with our Surgical Account Managers and Commercial Sales and clinical team who will be responsible for driving growth across the US. Through our Impella product portfolio, you will enable physicians and staff to recover hearts and save patients' lives.
You will be responsible for:
* Train, educate, and support combined CT/Heart Failure programs on the proper use of the Impella.
* Full customer immersion (ie. input on patient selection and subsequent surgical support) within 5.5 sites to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Device expertise and support on Impella to assist with the adoption of the full portfolio beyond 5.5 commercial launch responsibilities.
* Surgical implant and unit support readiness including training and education at existing sites.
* Internal collaboration with the Surgical Leadership Team, Training Team, Engineering Team, Marketing, Professional Education, Clinical, as well as with R&D.
* Participate in On Call support rotation
* Maintain contact with all customers to evaluate clinical and educational needs.

Qualifications / Requirements:
* Bachelors' Degree required; Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Surgical Physician's Assistant (PA), or Perfusionist licensure
* Direct (at the table) experience in Cardiac Surgery/Perfusion, 5+ years preferred.
* Direct patient management experience in one of the following scenarios: a cardiothoracic ICU caring for post-op tMCS (excluding IABP) or durable MCS (does not include experience as an Abiomed field clinical), or direct experience assisting in the CVOR required.
* Confidence, expertise, and familiarity of cardiac surgery and OR protocol is required.
* Willingness to travel/ cover multiple geographies required.
* Up to 50%-overnight travel may be required depending on territory.
* Previous experience with Abiomed Impella 5.5 required; other Cardiac medical devices highly desired.

Purpose: The Physician Program Director (PPD) focuses on establishing formal Impella programs through sustainable relationships with account stakeholders and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the field of hemodynamic support.
KOL Engagement
The PPD is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, thought leaders, and subject matter experts to support the organization's scientific, medical and commercial goals. This role ensures effective engagement, collaboration, and communication between the company and its network of experts to enhance brand credibility, education, and innovation. The PPD represents all aspects of Abiomed and acts as a field liaison to connect hospitals to internal resources such as the medical office, research, marketing, and executive teams.
Program Resourcing
The PPD will be responsible for collaborating with hospitals and hospital administrators to identify areas for program efficiencies through best practice implementation, protocol development, and workflow improvement, ensuring long-term program sustainability. The PPD will work to identify program gaps and align internal resources as appropriate to support the hospitals' goals. The PPD will collaborate with systems of care and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) to support the implementation of best practices across the hospitals within the system.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive KOL engagement strategy aligned with brand and therapeutic area objectives.

* Maintain pulse on regional trends and closely coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross functional partners to ensure heightened KOL and customer engagement strategies that are fully aligned to the Brand strategic imperatives.
* Partner with coordinated analytics team to better understand regional variations in treatment patterns to advise peer to peer and insight program placement.
* Attend conferences and serve as onsite host for product theatres
* Facilitate, participate, and attend advisory boards where appropriate
* Coordinate executive engagements with KOLs and commercial leadership
* Closely supervise the regional marketing budget and provide continuous feedback on business planning.
* Assist in crafting future innovative educational platforms including national and regional recommendations to tailor our education to local needs and creating innovative solutions in further engaging KOL's at all regional and national medical congresses.
* Leadership of the overall neuroscience strategy inclusive of mapping, framework development, innovative engagement planning for current brands and future launches, inclusive of marketing operations for KOL strategy and planning including agency management, champion materials through CAC, Totality, MRC.
Job Requirements
* BA/BS Degree Required; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, key account management, medical, sales leadership, sales training, or field sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
* Deep understanding and experience working cross functionally with various key internal & external partners with a strong ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results with desired outcomes.
* Demonstrated understanding of key industry trends and ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and improve patient outcomes.
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage relevant and lasting customer relationships with strong focus on patient impact and outstanding customer centricity.
* Travel can be up to 65%; this includes internal meetings, advisory boards, medical meetings, congresses, and select program attendance.
* A Valid Driver's license issued in the United States.
Preferred:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in neuroscience.
* Previous cross-functional industry experience in pharma or biotech engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare associations is preferred.
* Deep medical/scientific knowledge/experience with a firm understanding of the psychiatry marketplace is preferred.
* Experience leading through change and transformation, product launches, and exceptional communication and leadership skills is preferred.

What you will do as an Equipment Service Technician
Perform fundamental troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of STERIS and competitor equipment, systems and components.
Manage time effectively by prioritizing Customer and business needs and schedules autonomously to complete PM performance, service calls, warranty calls, equipment installations, field upgrade programs and other duties.
Work with cross functional teams (Tech Support, Engineering and Service Contract Management), to escalate issues appropriately and utilizes advanced technology platforms to complete compliance regulatory requirements, and resolve and document troubleshooting issues.
The Technician will provide Customers with information, pricing and repair options. With management support, build relationships with Sales to drive Customer experience and revenue opportunities. Learn to identify sales opportunities in assigned territory.
Provide support to various locations within assigned territory depending on the service agreements and Customer needs.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
Required:
High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of work experience, with 2 of those years in a mechanical/technical role.
Associates degree or related certifications in technical/mechanical area, competitive equipment training or related military experience may be considered towards technical experience requirement.
Valid driver's license and the ability meet all required background and physical assessment elements to obtain and maintain existing and new vendor credentialing requirements.
Customer and team engagement experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills (MS windows/email, navigation, mobile app, and ability to data input into multi systems).
Must be able to meet flexible schedules with potential overnights, as well as early/late hours, based on Customer and business needs.
