The Sr Director of ProjectManagement & Operations Performance will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving Operational Excellence through strategic project execution and development and utilization of performance analytics and transparency across our global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Continuous Improvement organizations. ProjectManagement
Establish and lead the ProjectManagement Office (PMO) portfolio including project governance, intake, prioritization, selection, resource needs and allocation, and risk mitigation.
Lead the planning, execution and governance of strategic projects (e.g. capital, process improvements, technology / digital tools) across Operations, ensuring alignment of objectives and timely delivery of outcomes utilizing standard projectmanagement methodologies and standardized procedures, templates, and tools.
Partner with functional leaders to define project charters, key performance indicators, and success metrics and serve as a liaison between project leaders, plant leadership, corporate functions, and technical teams.

Operations Performance Management
Design and implement a comprehensive Operations performance management system that integrates key performance indicators across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into performance enabling proactive decision-making and actions that drive results.
Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
Continuous Improvement and Change Management
Collaborate with Continuous Improvement, Automation, New Product Introduction and Manufacturing Engineering teams to identify and scale best practices across the network.
Drive standardization of PMO processes, tools, and metrics across global operational sites to ensure consistency and scalability.
Develop and roll out change management/communication plan, strategy, and plan to key stakeholders.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Governance & Compliance
Lead governance forums to ensure alignment of operational initiatives with corporate strategy and compliance with internal controls.
Serve as Operations liaison to the Global Governance Team for Operations Systems ensuring integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems, Operational Technology, Information Technology, and Data Visualization tools.
Act as an advisor to senior leadership translating data into actionable insights.
People Leader
Lead, mentor, recruit, develop, and retain talented projectmanagers to complete projects on time and support our existing products and technologies.
Foster collaboration across Operations and with other business units.
The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed
Required:
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Business, Operations or related field)
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project/program management or Operations performance management roles within a manufacturing or supply chain environment with at least 5 years in a leadership position

The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed
Required:

As an IT ProjectManager you will be an integral part of the Information Technology ProjectManagement Office and will assist in driving standardized projectmanagement methodologies, governance, methods, and tools in managing key business initiatives including a Salesforce implementation initiative. You will provide project leadership and direction through the use of projectmanagement methodologies to ensure timely and successful completion of critical business initiatives. Monitor and manageproject expenditures
Provide management with regular communication on the progress of projects and other initiatives
Provide oversight and control of any external resources contracted to the project

The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree required
Certification as a ProjectManager Professional (PMP)
5+ years leading enterprise IT projects
5 + years Software development life cycle experience
5+ years' experience gathering requirements to the necessary level for planning and scheduling purposes
Experience with project scheduling, including via automated tools, and can analyze progress and trade-offs
Experience implementing project change process, as appropriate for scope control and change processes
Knowledge of project risk assessment, monitoring and mitigation planning
Team leadership skills sufficient to facilitate conflict and issue resolution
Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our headquarters in Mentor, Ohio. Preference will be given to applicants currently living in Northeast Ohio.
