What you'll do as an Equipment Service Technician * You will perform fundamental troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of STERIS and competitor equipment, systems and components * You will manage time effectively by prioritizing Customer and business needs and schedules autonomously to complete PM performance, service calls, warranty calls, equipment installations, and field upgrade programs * As an EST, you'll work with cross functional teams (Tech Support, Engineering and Service Contract Management), to escalate issues appropriately and utilizes advanced technology platforms to complete compliance regulatory requirements, and resolve and document troubleshooting issues. * You'll provide Customers with information, pricing and repair options. With management support, build relationships with Sales to drive Customer experience and revenue opportunities. Learn to identify sales opportunities in assigned territory.
