Sterling, Inc. was formerly known as Sterling Engineering Company and changed its name to Sterling, Inc. in April 1940. The company was founded in 1916 and is based in New Berlin, Wisconsin. As of July 9, 2001, Sterling, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of ACS Group, Inc.
