Our Service Advisors act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. Responsibilities
Perform All Duties and skills of a Service Advisor
Understand the skills and processes of Service Technician II (Retail & Commercial)
Conducting an in-depth inspection of the customer's vehicle to identify apparent tire and level II mechanical issues.
Documenting the customer's concerns and collecting relevant information.
Recommending tires and basic services based on the vehicle's condition and the customer's concerns.
Providing clear explanations of recommended tires and/or services, including costs and timeframes.
Providing customers with accurate cost estimates for proposed tires and/or basic services.
Scheduling of tires and basic mechanical service
Higher level of communication with service technicians and customers.
Suggest preventive maintenance services and upsell additional services when appropriate.
Educating customers about the importance of routine maintenance.
Ordering necessary Tires for customers.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Technical or vocational training courses in automotive repair, tire technology, or a related field a plus
Willingness to pursue TIA certification with company support and assistance
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record required
Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within the automotive or related industries, demonstrating the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Experience in or knowledge of the automotive industry, including an understanding of basic automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with customers and relay information between customers and technicians.

Job Description:
Program Strategy & Execution: Steer program strategy and amplify impact across all domains, ensuring measurable outcomes align with business intent.
Training & Operations (Lean Six Sigma): Own the Lean Six Sigma and process enablement training operations, including calendar management, logistics coordination (virtual/onsite), enrollment tracking, and certification records.
Gen AI Adoption & Enablement: Support the Gen AI citizen community by managing use-case intake, leading proof-of-value pilots, and scaling rollout. Build simple, safe enterprise Gen AI workflows and curate/govern prompt libraries and guardrails in partnership with IT.
Metrics & Reporting: Define and track a balanced set of program KPIs (comms reach, training completion, Gen AI ROI, adoption) and create executive-ready dashboards and reporting cadences.
Skills:
3+ years in program management, operations, communications, or process improvement in a cross-functional environment.
Proven experience executing internal communications and running training operations at scale.
Demonstrated ability to lead or partner on structured change management programs (Prosci/ADKAR preferred).
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement (CI) methods; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
Strong bias for action, a collaborative and audience-first mindset, and curiosity for applying Gen AI to practical workflows.
Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and a strong executive presence.
Preferred: Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Gemini & Google Vids, Tableau, Slack, Zoom, & Lucid.

As a Processor, you will provide document prep, scan, scan verify, and QA review to our client. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support.
You will be responsible for:
+ Providing production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as document preparation, scanning, scan verification, and quality control.
+ Receiving hard copy documents and preparing for accurate processing throughout the workflow to ensure proper document digitization.
+ Reviewing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required image delivery to the client.
