A Noncompetitive paycheck
Pay is not on par with industry standard. No leadership, No opportunities to move up the career ladder. Toxic work environment with rampant harassment; no trust in supervisor or leadership. Dealing with lazy and two- faced people. Lights in building not working, dusty environment. Management turning the other way I’m not doing anything to improve employee morale, nor fix the big hole in the ceiling.
When toxic, two-faced people and the people involved in harassment just so happen to be absent that day. To be employed full-time. And plenty of parking.
The CEO often times are not in the office. He does not ask people what’s going on that could be fixed. There’s a lot of things that needs to be fixed but the CEO seems like he had no power to fix it obvious structural problems, lack of airflow and obviously toxicity and racism in the workplace.
Survey the employee to see what could be changed in the company. Offer employee good benefits those who have been with the company for more than six months. Offer opportunities for advancement internally, instead of placing an ad to look for an external candidate. Hire someone to vacuum and clean. The place is extremely dusty! institute a time clock, and treat everyone fairly. Start penalizing people who come in more than an hour late when they return from their break.
Just be yourself because they’re cheap. Don’t ask for higher pay or else they will look unfavorably at you.
It’s not diverse if you are not Hispanic, then you will be discriminated. Managers will play favorites. They are toxic too.
Friday is payday or during holidays when I don’t have to come in for work. When certain toxic people just happen to be absent that day.
