The drama within the working girls. I was always treated kindly but those girls were not nice to each other. Also how crepey men would always come in and hit on the girls, it would occasionally make for an uncomfortable work environment.

The free quarterly shoes as well as the 50% discount. Absolutely amazing. I also liked how each store had goals and rewards if we reached that goal, so it made work fun. I always left feeling a sense of accomplishment.
