Stevens Institute of Technology is looking for skilled and experienced adjunct faculty members to teach online graduate-level courses. Previous online teaching experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining course materials and syllabus, teaching assigned classes, grading and providing appropriate feedback to students, holding office hours online, and performing course assessment.
The instructor will teach during their assigned semester as well as have opportunities to teach multiple sections and/or courses in subsequent terms. This is a part-time position.
Qualifications:
Master's (required) or Ph.D. (preferred) in related field.
Previous teaching experience in the subject area is required.
Experience teaching in an online environment is preferred.

Reporting to the Associate Director for International Students, the International Student Advisor serves as an immigration advisor to international students and administers reporting and data collection. In this capacity, the Advisor provides federally regulated immigration advising, serving as a Designated School Official (DSO) for the F-1 student visa program and as an Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for the J-1 Exchange Visitor program. The Advisor counsels students through every stage of their academic journey-from pre-arrival to post-graduation-on matters such as status maintenance, employment authorization, and other compliance requirements. Responsibilities
Federal regulatory immigration advising:
* Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) for the F-1 program under the Department of Homeland Security and as Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for the J-1 Exchange Visitor program under the Department of State.
* Serve as an advisor for a designated advising case load from pre-arrival through post-graduation, including change of status and work authorization.
* Maintain weekly scheduled drop-in advising hours for the international student community.
* Monitor and analyze updates in federal immigration regulations as it relates to F and J students and their dependent(s).
* Develop advising resources on regulatory issues related to international students.
* In close collaboration with the Associate Director, review various Princeton policies and procedures in light of changes and trends in the U.S. federal immigration landscape.
* Work effectively and cooperatively with other advisors and staff to ensure university compliance with aII aspects of the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), as required by Federal Law.
Reporting and Data Collection:
* Review, process, and complete student immigration requests, in addition to creating and updating immigration documents.

* Maintain timely and accurate work processes to ensure the integrity of data entry and regulatory timeframes are met.
Programming and other duties:
* Contributes to Davis International Center engagement efforts, including the coordination and presentation of immigration workshops.
* Contributes to orientation activities, pre-arrival and post-arrival information, communication, and presentations, and other Davis IC-sponsored activities.
* Co-lead immigration presentations throughout the academic year.
* Act as liaison with campus partners, serve on campus committees, and conduct trainings and workshops.

About BDI
The Bridging Divides Initiative (BDI) is a non-partisan research initiative that tracks and mitigates political violence in the United States. BDI supports efforts to grow and build local community resilience through elections and other periods of heightened risk, laying the groundwork for longer-term to bridge the divides we face as a nation.
We do this by 1) producing action-oriented and responsive research to fill existing gaps and empower local leaders; 2) enabling cross-sector collaboration, so individuals and organizations are better prepared to mitigate risk and respond to crisis when it does arise; and 3) helping to drive the policy and community response. Over the past three years, BDI played an essential role in supporting a wide range of actors preparing for and responding to political violence and democratic crisis. Our data, analysis, and tools continue to help a diverse coalition of national and local decision-makers better target their interventions. Position Overview
The External Partnerships Manager with BDI will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing an external partnership strategy for a growing organization that is moving into a new stage of its work. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the Executive Director (ED), the person in this role will identify new opportunities for support, create and implement a development strategy, and manage, grow, and forge donor relationships. This person will work closely with the Executive Director and the senior leadership team, and in regular consultation with CEFR (Princeton University's Corporate Engagement and Foundation Relations) on stewarding BDI's sponsors and external partners. Supported by the Administrative Coordinator, they will shepherd proposals and grants through the Princeton grant management system.
This is a full-time, fully remote position. All BDI positions are one-year appointments with annual opportunities for renewal.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
With the ED and COO, develops and implements creative strategies to meet annual and long-term program sustainability goals, including the diversification of grants, gifts, and external partners.
With the ED, leads and manages all sponsor-related activities including: grant writing, sponsor stewardship, record-keeping, reports, and communications with sponsors and external partners.
Building on existing strategies and tactics, manages and stewards relationships with new and potential sponsors.
Tracks all development-related activities including grants and individual sponsors in Asana.
Manages ED outreach to prospective and current sponsors.

Qualifications
7+ years of experience building and managing revenue streams from institutional funders, especially in democracy and/or research or another highly relational field, (philanthropy, external partner management, or other types of relationship management); experience with a range of different institutional donor and individual giving models a plus.
Ability to build strong relationships with partners and supporters from across the political spectrum focused on strengthening democracy. You are someone who finds and creates opportunities to deepen connections and build authentic relationships.
Interest or experience in working in the broad pro-democracy ecosystem, from research to civil society to policy practice
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a multidisciplinary team and collaborators, including a wide array of partners from diverse backgrounds.

* The ability to learn how to effectively use a mobile application for an electronic work order system within 3 months of hire date.
* Serve as back up for the Sanitation Crew, operating refuse scooters, loading dumpsters, cleaning dumpster sites or transferring medical waste as needed. Also serve as back up for warehouse operation attendant.
* Perform basic maintenance on vehicles, material handling equipment and rental equipment.

Reporting to the Director of Visual Resources, this position also works closely with the faculty to fulfill their image needs for teaching and research, including image permissions for publication. The Specialist uses a broad knowledge of copyright and intellectual property as it relates to the reproduction of art to offer individual consultations and group instruction on image permission management and image organization. This position is also involved in digitization, special collections access, and other efforts to describe, manage, publish, and promote both the physical and digital collections of the department with users. The position contributes to the development and fulfillment of strategic long-range plans for producing, managing, storing, preserving, and delivering digital and archival image resources by applying known standards and established principles in the field of visual resource management. Responsibilities
Create, improve, and document policies related to resource description projects.

Qualifications

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Study Coordinator for the Krieger Klein Alzheimer's Center within the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
* Conducts human subjects research using appropriate interview techniques, including conducting informed consent processes, screening participants, completing assessments and evaluations.
* Maintains research study records, subject files, and databases, including providing overall study monitoring and protocol compliance per GCP guidelines, HIPAA, IRB and institutional and sponsor guidelines.
* Conducts literature reviews to support grant proposal development.
* Prepares and ships clinical specimens as required by the protocol.
* Attends continuing education and compliance training as necessary.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Certifications/Licenses
* A valid driver's license would be required for this position.
