JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster is an associate level position handling claims open to close. This role is responsible for directly handling complex, high dollar claims on behalf of a large, refrigerated truckload carrier. The successful candidate must be willing to handle all levels of claims and interact directly with our drivers, claimants, claims adjusters, other department personnel, and mid-level and senior management. The position is located in Dallas, Texas and is not remote but does not require travel. PURPOSE: Serve as driver's supervisor/representative in Operations. Manage drivers performance in identified categories and be primary communication link to drivers. Work to achieve optimum driver and customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Sole communications link to driver, including, but not limited to, load information, advances, purchase orders, maintenance coordination, performance counseling and dissemination of general company news and information. 2. JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster is an associate level position handling claims open to close. This role is responsible for directly handling complex, high dollar claims on behalf of a large, refrigerated truckload carrier. The successful candidate must be willing to handle all levels of claims and interact directly with our drivers, claimants, claims adjusters, other department personnel, and mid-level and senior management. The position is located in Dallas, Texas and is not remote but does not require travel.
