What You'll Be Doing Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out Coordinate daily with Superintendents, VDC Engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Review weekly budgets, self-performed work costs, and project financials Track project P&L, applications for payment, change events, and schedules Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work Write scopes for subcontracts and purchase orders Serve as a key liaison between the field, ownership, and project stakeholders Maintain a strong on-site presence and lead from the front What We're Looking For Required Experience Minimum 5 consecutive years as a Project Manager Ground-up commercial construction experience required Comfortable working in the field and “in the trenches” alongside project teams Familiarity with project management and construction software Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Preferred Attributes Strong cost control and financial reporting experience Experience working on projects valued between $15M-$150M Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Organized, accountable, and detail-driven Adaptable to working on both Design-Build GC and Structural Concrete projects This role is best suited for Project Managers who are doers, not delegators. Summary: Supports attorneys in their practice by assisting with gathering, analyzing, and organizing information; drafting legal pleadings, discovery summaries and responses, motions, and other documents. Responsibilities: Drafts legal documents including but not limited to discovery motions, summary judgement motions, appellate briefs, affidavits, memoranda, and letters. Investigates factual information to respond to litigation discovery requests or other information inquiries. Performs legal research and analysis, both manually and on computers; compiles, analyzes, and summarizes data. Manages cases and files; organizes and maintains files. Performs factual and technical investigation and analysis of case issues. Assists in all phases of case preparation including discovery and trial. Prepares for and attends trials. Reviews and finalizes litigation budgets with outside counsel. Prepares jury instructions and trial binders; coordinates trial exhibits. Monitors legal fees, budgets, and project status. Provides general logistical help and supports the maintenance of legal files. Requirements: Legal Secretary/Paralegal experience required. Ideally has litigation experience. Can type at least 50 WPM. Individual must be organized and must have the ability to multitask. Experience in Personal Injury a plus but not required.
