Nothing. I did not stay long enough to see the perks and benefits. It was not my doing the manager in the bakery department did not want me and the HR did not care. All she said was thank you for your hard work and I never gotten a review from the bakery manager on Why I was let go. Salaries in this industry do not support life. At these prices, Stew Leonard should supply housing to his employees for free. I visited the most successful dive shop in the world located on a remote island in Thailand and the owners built a resort and built housing for the employees, who otherwise would be in tin shacks.
more salary or benefits could help in the current inflationary environment.
It is good to work in a non discriminatory environment and I think Cumberland Farms does a great job at it!
Great for high school kids
They play favorites and they only promote young people. Everyone is part time so they don’t have to give out insurance.
They would always send me home early because they where not busy
