Essential Job Functions:

**What You'll Do:** As a Food Supervisor at SodexoMagic, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
+ Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
+ Facilitate orientation and training of employees
+ Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
+ Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
+ Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
