I loved that it was a large company, corporate office, no shady business like in some small-owned companies
Work overload, no opportunity to move up, a lot of work, including doing an underwriter's job who makes twice/3 times our salary, while also being reprimanded if we didn't catch the error in an 80-page contract post underwriter and agents.
I loved the family and team-building functions, and chili cook-offs, I loved my team and the department overall. I mean it wasn't my dept fault we made so little, that clearly has to do with the upper mgmt and greedy execs, pretty sure. However, I loved it there, just being honest!
