Schedule 12-hour day shifts, including weekends as scheduled. Job Description The Float Pool Registered Nurse will work across various inpatient units, including ICU, Step-down, and Medical/Surgical, providing high-quality patient care. The nurse will be responsible for managing patient care within competency boundaries, adhering to varying nurse-to-patient ratios based on the unit. Responsibilities Provide patient care across assigned units based on competency. Monitor and titrate drips as required, especially in step-down areas. Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Read and interpret telemetry strips where applicable. Ensure proper documentation through the EPIC charting system.
