Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts or refund money.

Place new merchandise on display.

Calculate and provide sales quotes to customers on multi-part orders.
Qualifications

The Opportunity ...
Responsibilities:
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the customer site installation and commissioning of equipment, as well as training, retrofits, service, and preventative maintenance. Projects will vary in length between a few days to 4 weeks. When not at customer locations, Field Service Technicians are responsible for platform testing, customer support, and in-house support of other departments.
* Participate and complete all required training including assigned training at domestic and international locations.

Position Summary:
The Landscape Superintendent will have the responsibility to lead and support the operations of the Landscape Department. Specifically, creating, designing, installing, and maintaining aesthetically pleasing landscapes around the Clubhouse, Tennis Facility, Pool area, and on the Golf Course. The Field Service Technician will support our fuel cell products currently installed in electric lift trucks, including performing preventative maintenance and resolving breakdowns. This person will be responsible for the installation and servicing of fuel cells at a specific location. This person will also be responsible for reporting breakdown events, parts ordering and maintenance of fuel cells at a specific location. This position presents a great amount of exposure to customer personnel and electric lift truck operators, and thus requires a person with excellent technical skills as well as communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.

Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet at a specific location.
