This position will assist the Claims Department with capturing first notice of loss data, creating new claim records, handling incoming calls directed across the enterprise, and expert system usage. Further, the position requires deep attention to detail and exceptional communication and listening skills. Cross training in administrative duties and responsibilities to provide resource assistance across the claim department. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Omaha, NE, on Southpoint Parkway. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This role is eligible for a shift differential. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process clients' first notice of loss claim reports received through Stillwater's phone & non-phone reporting options in a timely and accurate manner. Resolve complex claims inquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on to or involve others in order to provide an effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers. Liaise with internal and external clients in order to exchange information, clarify facts, and resolve queries and/or problems efficiently. Provide feedback and recommendations to the team in order to improve the quality of customer care. Follow procedures to ensure adherence to the company's risk and compliance policies.
