Community surrounding store.
The company does not care about the Frontline workers. Profit share checks that they brag about are an absolute joke!!! Don't work here !! You will eventually regret it.
Use to be profit share , so nothing really.
CEO is making changes that only benefit at a corporate level. The "support" team is not supportive what so ever.
You have values for a reason.... actually follow them.
Just don't !! save yourself the humiliation of being underpaid, overworked and just a number.
By far lowest by industry standards
Not inclusive at all, no brown or black faces in corporate. They actually only have one token black guy!! If you are different from them you are an outsider.
Customers!
Good customers.
WORTHLESS health insurance. Clueless corporate employees.
