Optimize Client Contact Channels: Lead the product strategy for our customer-facing contact surfaces, including help desk, messaging, and AI bot partners, focusing on deflection, automation, and channel integrity.
Drive Strategic Outcomes: Translate complex operational and agent problems into clear, prioritized product requirements and measurable outcomes (OKRs) that directly impact operational excellence and client experience improvements.
Discovery and Prioritization: Practice strong product discovery, leveraging quantitative data (contact metrics, usage analytics) and qualitative insights (agent feedback, user research) to identify the highest-impact problems to solve.
Cross-Functional Readiness: Act as the primary liaison and partner between the CS Operations team and other Stitch Fix Product Managers. Ensure the CS organization is prepared with the necessary tools and information for all new external feature launches, acting as a crucial operational bridge.

Agent/Internal Tooling Expertise: Deep empathy for the agent experience and a strong understanding of how internal tools directly impact operational efficiency, labor costs, and downstream client outcomes.
Data Fluency: Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex operational data (AHT, CSAT, Deflection Rate, Utilization) to define success metrics and inform prioritization decisions.
Technical Acumen: Sufficient technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams, understand system architecture limitations, and manage complex integrations (e.g., APIs for contact center software, bot frameworks).
Leadership & Communication: An exceptional communicator who can articulate a clear product vision, influence stakeholders at all levels (from agents to VPs), and manage competing priorities across a large, cross-functional organization.

Our program is designed for rising seniors. We designed our internship program to be a game-changing first step in kicking off your career journey. During your internship, you will be a part of an intern cohort working at one of our corporate office locations. Our talent team will place you in a department based on your interviews, interests, and skill set. About the Role
The Associate Digital Project Manager is responsible for managing the creative milestones and needs associated with digital creativity. This role will manage milestones, schedules, meetings, and budgets associated with seasonal marketing campaigns and brand campaigns. This person should be highly motivated, a great communicator, and exceptionally organized. They will develop and maintain strong relationships through all stages of a creative project, including scope, development, execution, and delivery.

Work with Digital Creative Leaders to set milestones for projects and communicate them to team members and cross-functional partners
Coordinate presentations or meetings for seasonal and marketing campaigns
Maintain and evolve the brand standard and templates for all digital asset deliverables
Work with the head of Digital Creative and creative teams to create marketing packets for partners and collaborations
Own and manage approvals between brand and external partnerships
Manage project scope to ensure goals for schedules and content
Develop processes to streamline workflow and communication
Maintain Digital Creative Budgets
This role should anticipate growth and responsibility increases as the business continues to develop in regard to project breadth and quantity
This role will be a cross-function team leaders, working seamlessly between departments and external business partners
Work with business and marketing teams to clarify objectives, revise creative and ensure accuracy of campaigns

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Docs
Experience working cross-functionally across many teams and departments
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, most importantly Excel

The expected starting pay range for this position is $75,000 -$83,500. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
