About the Role The Stitch Fix team is looking for an internal communications lead to lead internal communications for our Marketing and Product & Technology teams, and help drive our broader efforts to inform, engage and inspire Stitch Fix employees. The Communications Lead will report to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Develop strategic internal communications plans and content for the Marketing and Product & Technology divisions that ladder to the company's broader business strategy and Marketing and Product & Technology roadmaps. Partner closely with external communications partners to develop 360 communications campaigns. Be a trusted partner who provides data driven counsel to leaders and stakeholders, with a focus on Marketing and Product & Technology. Build and maintain cross functional relationships in order to successfully execute communications plans. Execute division-specific events (e.g., Divisional All Hands) by partnering with business leaders on end-to-end planning and leading execution including content development and management of logistics. Support enterprise internal communications programs by leading or supporting large-scale initiatives as needed, including leading strategy and execution of our weekly newsletter Support end-to-end planning of our quarterly Corporate All Hands meetings, and other enterprise meetings as needed, in partnership with the Sr. Communications Manager, including being on-site at our San Francisco, CA Headquarters during live events as needed. Support planning of enterprise-wide, internal communications led events as needed. Be a brand ambassador by protecting and promoting the Stitch Fix brand and always looking for opportunities to tell the Stitch Fix story to employees. Measure and optimize the effectiveness of communications by tracking the effectiveness of all Marketing and Product & Technology communications and advising on pivots as needed. Identify communication gaps and challenges and create solutions to overcome them. Planning: In close partnership with product, partnerships, finance and risk partners, create a three to five year plan on cost of payment optimization initiatives that support the long-term strategy; including product and service offerings, experiences and capabilities; partner with key partners to ensure that execution is in alignment with the strategy. Work with PMO teams to ensure project alignment, resourcing and scheduling of the critical initiatives. Critical initiatives: Create base cases for cost reduction initiatives and inform the thinking via discussions with cross-functional partners, tracking industry trends with a view to create best-in-class cost optimization framework for eBay. Support: Provide assistance to partnerships and business development team in their contract negotiations and provide both strategic and analytic inputs to them as needed, by closely working with the reporting and insights team. Manage the Pottery Barn Kids Site Operations team. From adminitstrative needs and training to overseeing workload, career development, and mentorship.
