What i liked about working at stitch fix was that the pay was pretty well, and they had health benefits and offered paid time off. They also provided free snacks and beverages in the break rooms. They offered 2, 10 minute breaks on top of one 30 minute lunch break. They also allowed you to listen to music on your headphones.
What i didnt like about working at stitch fix was that the managers and supervisors were very selective about who they appreciated and they used alot of favoritism. It was also very hard to move up within the company, they usually hired outside the company for higher positions. I also didnt like that they didnt pay more for more labor intensive jobs.
That they had free snacks and beverages, and they allowed you to listen to music while working.
I loved the fact that I was able to learn as much as I did in my time there, it allowed me to expand my resume and grow as an I divisible in and out of the work place
Favoritism is big, and the gossip is worse. No communication between teams, both from the associate level and upwards of gm level
Employee discount on items in the warehouse
40% off clothes.
Micromanaged, no room for advancement, cult-like thinking.
Working remotely.
It was like a big family for the most part . The work wasn’t that hard .
Communication was terrible…
