The candidate will be using failure analysis tools including 2D/3D X-ray, scanning acoustic microscopy (SAM), optical microscopes, electrical bench test equipment, Laser scanning microscope (EMMI/Static and Dynamic Laser techniques), mechanical polishers, backside preparation tools, Ion Miller, SEM, FIB etc. The candidate will also generate technical failure analysis reports which will include the results from each failure analysis step.
