The Stock Analyst will play a substantial roll in the day to day operations of Intuit's diverse equity programs. How you will lead

+ Maintain database integrity in Equity Edge Online (EEO).
+ Ensure employee data accuracy in third party systems.
+ Process daily stock option exercises, ensuring timely and accurate tax withholding and reporting to payroll.
+ Process quarterly ESPP purchases and related payroll reporting.
+ Assist with the preparation and processing of new equity awards, vesting, and release of restricted stock units.
+ Maintain company-wide trading blackout periods and pre-clearance.
+ Coordinate and communicate with payroll teams to ensure timely reporting and remittance of taxes.
+ Coordinate and communicate with corporate accounting and tax departments to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting.
+ Work with internal and external auditors to ensure and demonstrate internal controls are in place and executed.
+ Manage and ensure timely response to all stock administration questions for all employee queries.
+ Ad hoc reporting and projects.
