What We're Looking For
• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store.

• CSAs (Loader, Front-End, and Sales Floor) - 6 months of experience using a computer, including: inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information AND 6 months of experience using a handheld device (e.g., mobile phone, LRT gun, palm pilot, tablet, iPod) to enter, access, and output information.
Preferred Qualifications
• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker - 3 months of experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.
• CSAs (Loader, Front-End, and Sales Floor) - 6 months of retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping.

Reporting to the Inventory and Receiving Supervisor, the Inventory Clerk will be responsible for periodic and accurate counting of inventory to control errors and ensure inventory integrity.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for accurate auditing of inbound and outbound shipments
• Responsible for routing cycle count execution
• Responsible for managing damages found within the facility and disposing of them in accordance to requirements
• Ensures quantity, quality, markings and integrity of warehoused inventories
• Research inventory discrepancies found to root cause the error(s)
• Research shipping and inbound errors to validate
• Safe operation of MHE
• Perform physical inventories
• Works closely with plant operations, inventory, transportation and distribution teams
• Perform follow ups regarding shortages, damaged items and discrepancies with supervisor and other departments
• Work on special projects as directed
• Responsible for carrying out company policy and initiatives
Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Experience with manufacturing, inventory, warehouse and transportation operations
• Previous experience in manufacturing, inventory and warehouse operations
Knowledge - Skills - Abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory and warehouse operations
• Knowledge of warehouse operations both clerical and direct
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while performing with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication
Physical Requirements
• Ability to work in a chemical manufacturing plant
• Occasionally be required to reach, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Might require occasional travel domestically
• Occasional overtime will be necessary
