Position Summary The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through timely and precise inventory transactions. This role supports receiving, production, mixing, and shipping by ensuring inventory movements are correctly recorded, reconciled, and communicated. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control & Transactions Execute & monitor daily inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, issues, adjustments, and cycle counts Maintain accurate inventory records within NetSuite (WMS/MRP) Perform Root Cause Analysis, completing reconciliation for any inventory discrepancies, variances, or identified trends that impact inventory accuracy Support inventory movements between the warehouse, production, mixing, and staging areas Receiving & Documentation Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips Enter receiving transactions accurately and promptly Ensure proper lot tracking, expiration dates, and labeling compliance File and maintain inventory documentation per company standards Cycle Counts, Physical Inventory, & Auditing Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories Document variances and escalate discrepancies for resolution Support internal audits and inventory accuracy initiatives Cross-Functional Support Communicate inventory issues or shortages to Operations, Production, Accounting/Finance, and Purchasing Support production by ensuring materials are accurately issued and available Partner with Quality and Warehouse teams to maintain GMP-compliant inventory practices Perform process audits to validate that the systemic and physical inventory movement meets requirements (SOP, NetSuite, etc.) Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry Basic computer skills and experience using inventory, WMS, MRP, SAP, or ERP systems (or willingness to learn) Ability to lift to 40 lbs consistently Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with lot-controlled or regulated inventory (CPG, food, cosmetics, chemical manufacturing) Familiarity with cycle counting and reconciliation processes Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, WMS, or MRP or similar Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus How We'll Support You: We mentioned changing the world, right? This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, timely replenishment of consumable supplies, and efficient organization of the warehouse to support field operations under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities ● Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tools (e.g., demolition tools, hand tools), equipment (e.g., dehumidifiers, air movers), and restoration supplies (e.g., cleaning agents, protective gear), using manual logs and digital systems. ● Receiving & Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect items for damage or defects, reporting discrepancies to the Operations Manager. ● Storage & Organization: Organize and store inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are accessible, labeled, and stored safely per OSHA and company standards. The ability to perform some equipment repairs is preferred but not required. ● Documentation: Record all inventory transactions (e.g., receipts, issuances, returns) daily and assist in weekly inventory audits, submitting reports on a weekly basis. ● Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse, and participate in periodic safety meetings as required.
