Description: Stockroom Clerk I Department: Stockroom FLSA Status: Non-exempt, Full- Time The Stockroom Clerk I is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the stockroom. This entry-level position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory control and supports production and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities: · Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials and components, ensuring documentation matches defense contract requirements. · Accurately label and store materials in accordance with DFARS and ITAR regulations and internal procedures. · Issue parts and assemblies to production based on manufacturing orders and bills of material. · Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records within ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar). · Ensure materials are properly segregated and identified to preserve lot and serial traceability. · Support compliance with internal and external audits, including documentation and inventory tracking. · Adhere to safety standards and company policies regarding the handling of sensitive and controlled items. · Maintain clean, organized stockroom areas and perform routine cycle counts. · Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to supervisor for proper resolution. Qualifications: · High school diploma or GED (preferred). · 0-2 year of warehouse or stockroom experience preferred. · Basic math and data entry skills required. · Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions. Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend** (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday). For an associate to be scheduled 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability (beyond the minimum required above) that meets the needs of the business will be required. **Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday).
