YOU The Inventory Clerk is responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all incoming and outgoing materials are processed accurately and efficiently. They also perform regular cycle counts to maintain precise inventory records, reconcile discrepancies, and support smooth warehouse operations. While these are the primary duties, employees may occasionally be assigned other tasks to meet business needs. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of Time) Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and prepare all necessary documentation. Regular cycle counts will be required to ensure inventory accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and update records in the inventory management system. Maintaining precise stock levels will be required by monitoring product movement and reporting variances. The position will also be required to complete shipping logs, receiving reports, inventory adjustment forms, collaborate closely with warehouse staff, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow, and follow all company policies and safety procedures during warehouse activities.
