ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain accurate and organized inventory * Responsible for pulling of all detail and finished goods parts per Bill of Materials * Responsible for stocking and storing of all details and hardware inventories * Receive all returned parts by completing general receiving report * Modifies inventory in computerized inventory system to reflect daily transactions and current inventory levels * Assist other stores personnel in the monthly inventory and the weekly cycle counts. * Conduct all business transactions and communications in a professional manner congruent to company policy * Practice safe procedures at all times when using material handling equipment EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES * High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred. Candidates that do not have a high school diploma or high school equivalency will be required to take a pre-employment assessment to be considered for the role. * 1-2 years of related experience * Detail oriented with the ability to use elementary measuring tools i.e. micrometer calipers and electronic calipers * Must have the ability to read and understand tolerances on manufacturing drawings. * Some knowledge of MRP principles. * Ability to read and understand work orders * Experience using computers * Demonstrated decision-making ability utilizing good judgment in determining the appropriate guideline, procedure, and application to utilize in solving problems * Thorough understanding of process flows, lead times and lean principles in a manufacturing environment.
