Stock clerk job in Manchester, NH
In need of a versatile individual with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Applicants must be self-sufficient in shipping, receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing stockroom materials. Applicant are be expected to interface with multiple teams and individuals throughout the company to ensure adequate communication and progress with assigned tasks.
How you will make an impact:
Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment
Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of shipment
Kit and verify production materials to shop orders
Organize, label, count, inspect and perform clerical duties for stockroom
Adhere to shipping and receiving policies/procedures, and regulatory compliance procedures
Maintain shipping and receiving area
Deliver or route materials to other departments using material handling devices
Skills you need to be successful:
1 year of experience in shipping & receiving and stockroom roles preferred
Must have general computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Must be detail, safety, and quality oriented
Ability to proficiently learn, understand, and troubleshoot inventory management software/ERP system
Willingness to undertake various tasks and adapt to unexpected situations within dynamic company environment
Must be detail, safety, and quality oriented
Must be able to lift 75lbs frequently
Experience with medical device manufacturing or cleanroom environments a plus

Job Summary
We're looking for a Stockroom & Inventory Specialist who brings precision, organization, and pride to every task. In this role, you'll support critical manufacturing and engineering operations by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment flow seamlessly through the facility. Your work directly supports the production of cutting‑edge technologies used across multiple high‑growth industries.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Verify incoming materials by counting, sorting, or weighing items and confirming accuracy against requisitions or invoices.
Inspect stock to ensure it meets required specifications before acceptance.
Receive and issue materials, recording all transactions accurately.
Organize stock in a clean, accessible, and logical manner-bins, shelves, floor locations, or designated storage areas.
Label and mark inventory using tags, stamps, or electronic marking tools.
Perform kit pulls, fill orders, and issue supplies to production teams.
Cut stock materials to size when required and transport items to various departments.
Maintain inventory records using ERP software, ensuring real‑time accuracy.
Conduct physical counts to verify inventory levels and correct discrepancies.
Follow established processes for receiving, issuing, packaging, and transporting materials.
Prepare reports related to inventory adjustments, equipment usage, spoilage, damage, and shipment refusals.
Support periodic cycle counts and full physical inventories.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment.
Inspect stock items for wear, defects, or damage and report issues promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2-5 years of experience in stockroom, warehouse, or inventory control roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Comfortable reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
Basic math skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform hands‑on physical tasks.
Hours | Pay Range
Monday - Thursday, 2:30PM - 12:30AM (4x10 work week)
$23.50 - $26.50/hour commensurate with experience
