The Clerk would be responsible for entering daily production, communicating status updates between production, laboratory, and logistics personnel. Process salesman hotshots, ASM exchange tickets and comps. Track exchange tickets and make sure they are closed within 24 hours and follow up on open hot shot tickets that have are not turned in within 24 hours after printing. Track the scheduling of all inbound loads and identify “Hot Loads” for the trucking companies and the various Warehouse Managers to limit OOS. Create all RTO forms for comp product while completing the comp product spreadsheet on a monthly basis. Key all incoming purchase orders into the RAS for various suppliers.
