As a Grocery Clerk 4, you focus on assisting in the daily operations of the Grocery department while providing excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of customers, and answer their questions in a timely and effective manner.
Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of grocery products and aisle location. (e.g. conventional, organic, perishable, etc.)

What You Will Need:
1+ year of retail customer-facing experience stock experience is a plus.
Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Summary
This is a mid-day to night position. Receive, stores, distribute and loads products within the establishment. Carries out all normal functions involving operations of warehousing product and loading of route trucks.
Job Duties:
Select orders, build standard and bulk orders, pre-sell, driver sell orders using forklift, jack, and/ other warehouse equipment.
Stack product for orders onto pallets, carts, and/or other means in a neat and safe manner that complies with AEA, ABC, Markstein and Company guidelines.
Safely drives and operates forklift, jack, and other approved warehouse equipment to transport or convey selected or stored or products from various locations to carry, ship, etc.
Shuttles return products or empties cooperage from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.
Receive, carry, rotate, and place product on racks, shelves, or in designated picking zones according to pre-determined sequence such as size, type, style, and product code.
Fill requisition, work orders or requests for products and distribute items to the delivery personnel, draft workers or customers.
May assist in training of new hires.
Requirements:
Six months - one year of previous warehouse experience.
High School diploma or GED required.
Must be able to work Nights.
Previous forklift experience preferred, but not required.
Computer skills required.
Basic math skills required.
Ability to lift/carry 50 - 200 lbs.
Must be able to work in hot and cold warehouse environments.
