Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship retail orders accurately and efficiently Prepare shipments by labeling, weighing, and packaging items properly Perform final testing and QC (ability to play guitar required) Verify orders against e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and quality Meet daily shipping deadlines and productivity goals Maintain organized shipping, packing, and storage areas Fluency with ShipStation software Place supply orders for boxes, packing materials, etc Coordinate with retail, inventory, and customer service teams Qualifications Ability to work full-time on a regular schedule (including weekends or holidays if required) Ability to lift, carry, and move packages (typically up to 40-50 lbs plus team lifts for larger parcels) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Fluency with Google sheets and retail POS systems You must be able to stand on your feet for an eight hour shift in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
