Stock Associate (P/T) The Stock Associate is responsible for verifying merchandise receipts, deliveries, and placement of merchandise in the stockroom. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Retail Stock Associate to join our store team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Your contributions are vital in keeping our store well-stocked and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities: Receive and unpack shipments, verifying the accuracy of incoming inventory against packing slips. Organize and stock merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring products are presented neatly and clearly. Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and monitoring stock levels. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure optimal product placement and replenishment. Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or low inventory levels to management. Provide excellent customer service while assisting shoppers on the sales floor as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail, stock, or warehouse operations is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Stocker is responsible for maintaining the shelf conditions during their shift. They will report to the store manager and assistant store manager.
