Job Description: Submit Inventory Discrepancies, and run weekly First Expire First Out (FEFO) reports. Maintain the cycle count schedule and associated workbooks Investigate variances in sales, transfer, and purchase orders, create Certificates of Destruction for disposed products, and manage product returns from customers. Assist during third-party inventory audits, process product into QC Hold, adjust inventory as necessary, and perform consumable counts. Ensure FEFO compliance by the warehouse crew, resolve discrepancies reported by the warehouse, prepare daily reports on warehouse spaces, and complete paperwork accurately and timely while performing related duties as assigned. Develop Deviation and Shelf-Life Extension forms for the QC Department, review inventory with short shelf life, and communicate with Customer Service and Purchasing. Qualifications: Qualified to operate Scissor Lift and Sit-down / Stand up Forklift. Minimum 2 years of warehouse and inventory experience. Prior experience in working for a food handling production warehouse is required. Advanced cycle counting experience with scanners. Ability to assess offsetting adjustments presented by cycle count findings. Intermediate Excel Skills. Proficient in Outlook, Word & Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills with internal and external personnel over the phone or via email.
