Job Purpose The Warehouse Specialist supports our client's mission by ensuring the effective management, receipt, storage, and tracking of various assets. Working under the Property Management Division (PMD), this role plays a critical part in maintaining accountability and operational readiness. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, documents, parts, and equipment to ensure accuracy and condition. Input received items into asset tracking systems and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Perform physical inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies. Escort and assist internal customers during warehouse visits. Reorganize and re-warehouse materials to optimize storage and retrieval efficiency.
