Job Responsibilities
Trains and guides utility staff on job duties and proper safety and sanitation procedures
Ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized.

This role is a shipper / receiver position in the Graphics Mentor Distribution Center. Standard workweek is Monday through Friday. Regular work hours to be determined. In this role, you will work 1st shift, M-F 10's - Off Wed, Sat, Sunday.

This role is a shipper / receiver position in the Graphics Mentor Distribution Center. Standard workweek is Monday through Friday. Regular work hours to be determined. In this role, you will work 1st shift, M-F 10's - Off Wed, Sat, Sunday.

VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems is currently looking for Full-Time Shipper/CDL Driver in our Coldwater, Ohio facility.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Communicate with DC Supervision on status of all customer orders and any changes or adjustments required to them.
Organize staging and loading of customer orders.
Know proper weights and distribution for each load.
Move and spot trucks and trailers and trucks as needed.
Prepare and load orders for motor freight (Truck Load and Less than Truck Load), UPS service and customer pick-up as required in a timely and efficient manner.
Check that orders are safely packaged and loaded to prevent damage during shipment.
Assist customers and visitors in a courteous and timely manner.
Understand and complete all required paperwork and computer transactions correctly and timely
Follow all safety requirements and keep area neat and orderly.

Make sure all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area.
Follow all plant safety procedures and use all applicable personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other duties as dictated by business necessity or assigned by management.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or at least one year of experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
An eagerness to work and grow in a fast-paced environment.
This is Union role with great benefits and starting pay is $15.62/hour.

Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
Promotes credit and loyalty programs
Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store

Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
