Position Summary
As a Material Handler at Kerry's Bethlehem coffee processing site, you'll play a vital role in the movement and management of materials that fuel our liquid concentrated coffee production. You'll be responsible for handling raw green coffee beans (in supersacks), coffee powder, packaging supplies, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to production areas. This position supports the entire supply chain-from receiving raw materials to staging outbound shipments of our signature coffee concentrates.
Key responsibilities
* Safely unload incoming shipments of green coffee beans, coffee powder, and packaging materials
* Transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to designated storage or production areas
* Stage raw materials for production batches based on schedule and inventory needs
* Assist in the preparation and loading of outbound shipments of liquid concentrated coffee
* Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts
* Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and tracked in accordance with site procedures
* Follow all safety protocols and report any equipment or material issues promptly
* Support housekeeping efforts to maintain a clean and organized warehouse and production environment
* Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

Compensation Data
The pay rate for this position is $22.50 per hour.
