Primary responsibilities in warehouse with secondary responsibilities as delivery driver. Receives, stores, and distributes material, supplies, equipment, and products within warehouse. Pulls product for deliveries. Ensures the accuracy of Pella deliveries. Ensures all products are delivered to the customer within our time commitment, along with compliance to our quality standards. Loads, drives and unloads Pella delivery truck on assigned routes. Provides customer service and communication from the field. Ensures product is delivered to customer within Pella quality standards. Assigned teams and tasks will vary based on business necessity. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization. Must be pro-active, self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to follow assignments through to completion. Attention to detail is required. Must be able to develop trust, respect, and confidence of customers, coworkers and managers. Must present a clean and neat physical appearance. Mathematical Skills Ability to subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform calculations using units of money, time, measurement, volume, distance etc. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, length, width, height, and depth. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, type or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crawl or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Occasionally an employee will have to lift more than 100 pounds with assistance.
